Privacy Policy

Longhorn Forged Wheels ("we", "us") builds custom wheels for customers in the USA and Canada. This policy explains what we collect on longhornforgedwheels.com and in our design studio, and how we use it. Questions: hello@longhornforgedwheels.com.

What we collect

What you send us: your email, and optionally your name, phone, car, interests and notes when you join early access, save a build or request a quote.
Your designs: the wheel options you choose in our studio, saved builds and build sheets.
Photos you upload: photos of wheels, hub caps or your car that you upload to the studio, and the studio photos we create from them.
Technical data: basic request information such as browser type, approximate city/region from your network, and a one-way scrambled code made from your IP address. We use it only for daily usage limits and to prevent abuse; we don't store your raw IP address with your designs.
On your device: the studio remembers your current design and preferences in your browser's local storage so a refresh doesn't lose your work. We don't use advertising cookies.

How we use it

To design, quote, build and deliver your wheels, and to contact you about your build.
To create studio photos of your design and show your build on your car photo.
To improve our designs and studio: we look at which styles, finishes and uploaded inspiration photos customers like to plan new designs.
To send launch news and offers, only if you opt in. Every email has an unsubscribe link.
To keep the site secure and prevent abuse.

Who we share it with

We don't sell your personal information. We share it only with service providers that help us run the business, under their privacy and security terms: website hosting and storage (Cloudflare), image processing partners that create studio photos from your design or uploads, our online store and checkout (Shopify), and email delivery. We may also share information if required by law.

How long we keep it

We keep early-access sign-ups until you unsubscribe or ask us to delete them. Saved builds and uploaded photos are kept to support your order and to improve our designs, unless you ask us to delete them. Order records are kept as required for tax and accounting.

Your choices and rights

Email us to see, correct or delete your information, or to remove photos you uploaded.
Unsubscribe from marketing at any time.
Residents of California, other U.S. states with privacy laws, and Canada (PIPEDA and provincial laws) may have additional rights, including access, correction, deletion and withdrawal of consent. We'll respond within the time the law requires.

Children

Our site is for adults. We don't knowingly collect information from children under 13.

Security

Our site uses encrypted connections (HTTPS). Admin tools are protected and access is limited. No method is perfectly secure, but we work to protect your information.

Changes

If we update this policy, we'll change the date at the top. Purchases are also covered by our Terms of Sale.
