Terms of Sale

These terms apply to every wheel order placed with Longhorn Forged Wheels ("we", "us") on longhornforgedwheels.com, in our studio or in our apps. Please read them before you pay. Questions: hello@longhornforgedwheels.com.

Orders

Every set is built to the specification you choose: style, size, offset, bolt pattern, finish, caps and options. We confirm your order and its build details by email. Please check that confirmation and tell us right away if anything is wrong.

Payment

The full price, including any options and expedited shipping you choose, is charged at checkout through Shopify (card, Apple Pay or Shop Pay). Prices are in US dollars. Taxes, where they apply, are shown at checkout.

Cancellation

You can cancel for a full refund at any time before production starts. Once production has started, the order can't be cancelled, because your wheels are being made to your spec.

Returns

Because every set is built to order, custom wheels can't be returned once production starts. That's why we check fitment and you approve your build before anything is made.

Fitment

Every order includes a fitment check for bolt pattern, center bore, offset, backspacing and fender clearance, and you approve your build sheet before production. If a set we confirmed won't fit the car on your order, we fix it or refund you in full. We aren't responsible for fitment problems caused by details you gave us or approved that turn out to be wrong, or by changes made to the car after you approved the build.

Production and shipping

• Your estimated production time is shown with your price and on your order. Ready sets typically take about 20–30 days to produce; custom builds about 6–10 weeks from the signed build sheet.
• We ship to the USA and Canada. Standard shipping in the USA is free. Expedited shipping is available for an added fee shown at checkout. Canadian shipping and duties are included in your quote.
• Every set ships insured. Please inspect your wheels when they arrive and report any shipping damage within 7 days of delivery, with photos of the wheels and the packaging, so we can file the claim and make it right.

Warranty

We stand behind our wheels against defects in materials and finish. If you find a defect, email us with photos and your order number and we'll repair or replace the affected wheel. The warranty doesn't cover curb or road-hazard damage, improper installation or mounting, accidents, racing or off-road use, or damage from harsh chemicals or acid-based cleaners.

Disputes and chargebacks

If something isn't right, please contact us first at hello@longhornforgedwheels.com. We'll work with you to fix it quickly, which is almost always faster than a card dispute.

Changes

We may update these terms. The version shown when you placed your order applies to that order.
